What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand; we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future. Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange them for a preferred style or return them for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Where can I purchase PLAYAME?

PLAYAME Swim is exclusively available online here at Our swimwear, clothing and accessories line cannot be purchased from any other online stores or retailers. 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Orders and Payments

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure we ship out your orders as quickly as possible.

Please make sure you choose your items, size, quantity and address before placing your order. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the order has been received.  

  • Credit Card Payments - We accept Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.
  • PayPal - is available for customers at checkout and can be used as an express checkout option. 
  • Apple Pay - is available for customers completing their purchase via compatible Apple devices.

Returns and Refunds

What if I received a faulty item?

We aim to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However in the case of faulty/ damaged items please email us at with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement for you!
